VIGILO is the first APP that helps to easily and directly report to the Municipal Administration of Rome, through a smartphone or tablet, a series of violations that are the cause of the deterioration of the city every day.

VIGILO is used by over 6,000 Romans

Through the pop-up menu that also integrates easy access to the "Single Reporting System", it is possible to report, with a simple "tap on screen", via PEC, e-mail or telephone, the following violations:

Single Reporting System ("IoSegnalo")
● Abandoned vehicle
(before reporting, check through the 2 dedicated VIGILO functions if the vehicle is insured or if it is stolen, the report will in any case be forwarded and managed by the competent Environmental Protection Office)
● Irregular parking
(e.g. double row or no parking)
● Stop in the pedestrian area
● Stop at a pedestrian crossing
● Stop on curb / Severe Obstruction
● Parking on a reserved area
(e.g. parking for scooters-motorcycles)
● Parking on a space reserved for the disabled
● Stop on the driveway
● Hole
● Voragine
● Damaged signs
(e.g. removed illegally, obscured by spray, abusive billboard stickers)
● Abusive or irregular occupation of public land
(e.g. pots, stakes and illegal parking bollards, bar / restaurant tables and related containers of special waste / bottles / plastic left 24 hours a day on the sidewalks by Bars / Pubs / Discos)
● Illegal posting
(e.g. political posters, stickers of movers on poles and shutters on shutters that can be sanctioned by identifying their telephone numbers and which can be easily removed with a simple scraper - http://bit.ly/1VulVuD)
● Illegal landfill
(e.g. heaps of rubble, the report will in any case be managed by the competent Environmental Protection Office)
● Illegal construction
● Unauthorized peddlers
(including the illegal extension of the spaces of the stalls beyond the assigned limit)
● Failure to respect Bar / Pub / Discotheque opening hours
● Loud noises and noises
(in particular of the gatherings outside of Bars / Pubs / Discos)
● Squatter encampment

(indicates the systems installed illegally after checking with VIGILO of 3 fundamental elements)

(e.g. occupation, damage, maintenance)

(To check traffic in some parts of the city in real time)

The ZOOM function can be used with two consecutive "taps" in the part of the screen to be enlarged

We recommend:
● attach a photo (max 3MB) of the detected violation (with license plate number) to each report. Reports remain confidential.
● in cases of numerous and repeated daily violations, ask for the intervention of "Street Control"
● report violations of the CdS even at night, considering longer reaction times due to the reduced availability of mobile intervention units, however compensated by the greater time available to intervene
